Brittanie is the founder of Parisol Bodywork and a specialist in results-driven remedial therapy. Her vision for Parisol is built on a commitment to providing high-performance care for everyday musculoskeletal health, prioritising functional movement, pain relief, and long-term physical resilience for the wider community.

Brittanie’s approach is anchored in clinical precision and a deep understanding of human biomechanics. She holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage, further Sports Massage training through SMART Treatments, and has completed specialised training in both ancient traditional and modern cupping techniques. This versatile blend of contemporary functional anatomy and time-tested modalities allows her to provide a truly comprehensive, tailored approach to soft tissue recovery.

While her career includes extensive experience providing soft tissue therapy within professional club environments across the NRL, ARU, and A-League, her true passion lies in bringing that same level of elite, targeted care to everyday individuals. Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing daily desk fatigue, or looking to move without pain, Brittanie utilises her diverse skill set to help you achieve your personal health and movement goals.'

Sports Massage

Remedial Massage

The Tailored Treatment: Using your assessment as a roadmap, you’ll receive a customised treatment designed to release tension and restore balance using remedial and sports massage techniques.

The Result: Before you leave, we perform a final check to confirm a positive change in mobility and posture.

This dedicated time allows us to:

To get the most out of your session, we recommend choosing a duration based on your specific goals:

• 60 Minutes | Targeted Recovery: Ideal for focusing on 1–2 specific areas (e.g., chronic neck tension or a single sports injury).
• 90 Minutes | Comprehensive Reset: Our most popular choice. Allows for a deeper clinical assessment and treatment of 2–3 areas without feeling rushed.
• 120 Minutes | Full Body Recalibration: Best for a complete top-to-toe systemic reset. Recommended for multiple overlapping issues or total physical exhaustion.

Your safety is our priority. We welcome expectant mothers from their second trimester onward. After a quick check-in with your prenatal team, we will tailor our techniques to provide a specialised treatment designed for your comfort and well-being throughout your pregnancy

Support your movement from the inside out. Drinking water before and after your visit helps flush away systemic buildup and keeps your muscles hydrated and happy.

To ensure a thorough postural and movement assessment, we recommend wearing comfortable, flexible clothing, such as activewear or loose-fitting clothes. This allows us to observe your natural alignment and range of motion with ease. During the treatment itself, your comfort and privacy are our highest priority, and professional draping is used at all times.

Every body responds differently, and your roadmap is uniquely yours. Many clients feel a significant shift in Fluid movement after just one session. However, to build Stronger foundations and achieve long-term Vital living, we often recommend a personalised series of treatments. We will discuss a suggested frequency during your initial consultation based on your specific goals.

While we use targeted Remedial and Sports techniques to address deep-seated tension, your comfort is essential to the healing process. We believe in working with your body, not against it. We maintain open communication throughout the session to ensure the pressure is effective yet restorative, allowing your nervous system to relax and your muscles to release naturally.

Yes, a 30% deposit is required upfront for all services. This policy applies to all clients and helps us secure your spot in the calendar!

We know life happens! As long as you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit is fully refundable.

Because our spots are limited and we prepare specifically for your visit, missing your appointment without letting us know will result in a fee equal to 100% of the appointment value for all services.

If you think you might not make it, just give us a shout before that 24-hour window so we can take care of it for you!
